Welcome to Wigrams. Wigrams is situated on the junction of the Grand Union Canal (North) and the Oxford Canal. The house was built in 1798 as a Toll house for the Warwick and Napton Canal. It stands in fifteen acres surrounded by breath-taking countryside.

Wigrams

We offer a canalside holiday cottage which sleeps 2 + 2 along with a canalside caravanning and camping site.

The site is an ideal basis for walking, cycling, fishing, and touring with direct access to the canal towpath. There are plenty of footpaths, and good fishing spots all along the canal with a nature reserve/reservoir within five minutes walk of the site.

Stratford on Avon and Shakespeare's Warwickshire is within thirty minutes drive, and Warwick with its castle, old streets and churches is only twenty-five minutes away and there's no shortage of shopping locations nearby with Banbury and Leamington Spa just twenty minutes away.

In Napton village are four pubs, all selling good food and beverages, and a village shop within one mile. Southam, four miles from Napton village, has adequate supermarkets, take-aways and facilities for any essentials needed.

If you're thinking of a relaxing break away, this location is an idyllic place to unwind and put your feet up.
